He was very knowledgeable about the services they provide. Work was performed on a timely basis, & he was very pleasant to talk to; & answered all of my questions.
He installed a new thermostat for me, & checked my existing furnace.

"We just purchased a new home come to find out the furnace was not the right size and the ductwork was all different kinds of duct material and was not done right. DIY fail from last owners.Ross from hurst explained everything into detail to help us. Definitely nice and professional. 100% getting help from hurst from now on, highly recommend them. "Called Hurst to do an estimate and install on my new pellet stove. From the very 1st phone call to schedule my estimate Victoria had already won me over Her professionalism and efficiency is top notch. "We needed a new furnace and wanted to add central air also, Our current heating system was antique for lack of better words. It was in a crawl space under the house not a pleasant place to work on a heating system on the warm days of September or any time. We had gotten a few estimates and we were ready to make a decision. I had gotten the Val-Pak in the mail and always go through the coupons, which I feel it was a divine intervention when Hurst Heating & Cooling had a advertisement coupon included. I laid it in front of my husband and told him to call and get a estimate. Mike came out the next day. After he told us what he could do for us and the cost we made our decision, Hurst was the one we had been waiting for. The crew started on Monday and we had a new furnace and central air by Wednesday afternoon, They relocated the antique heating system that was in the crawl space to the main floor did all the duct work ( we had no ducts our present heater was a trickle heating system our air conditioner was a window air conditioner). Central air was added. They did all this work on three hottest days of September. The crew worked like a well oiled machine, informative and friendly. The price was so reasonable and I got to use $250 coupon in the Val-Pac. I highly recommend Hurst Heating & Cooling. "

"During recent heat spell had a service man from another company out he refilled freon charged $280 left without checking if fixed problem it hadn't .Called another made appointment they didn't show up. Called Hurst they came early Monday morning and spent some time checking it out discovered the unit needed to be replaced . Service guy spent time explaining our choices and price for new one and financing that was offered . We decided to go with Hurst and very next day early morning in fact 30 min before appointment time he was out and replaced the unit. Thankfully since then we got hit with the high 90 degree temps with feels like temps of 110. Can't imagine what would have been like without that a/c . Service man was so friendly we have decided we will have them do all our heating and a/c work for now on."
