"I had my furnace go out the day before. I gave Hurst a call and left a message. Within 9 minutes I got a call back. I described what was happening and what I was told I needed. Mike told me he had my part in stock and within a short time, he was at my house. He answered all my questions, put my mind at ease. I greatly appreciate the time he took with me and for coming so fast. He will be the only one I call, to work on my furnace in the future. Thank you again."
